Rockery Lane (Work In Progress)

Our vision is to create a community within easy reach of Todmorden town centre and the surrounding countryside. We will be building a small neighbourhood in this picturesque and friendly locality by providing characterful homes that complement the local landscape.

The site has great natural levels which have helped us to implement a phased approach to the development, allowing us to complete a series of new homes and build the community until final completion of 22 individual residences.

Our vision for the site is to create a community that will stand the test of time, provide a safe and happy place for families and individuals, and retain a feeling of green space and open air living.
